CONNECTION- Deep Rest & Flow
A gathering with yoga asana, movement, reflection, and yoga nidra meditation.

The invitation for this gathering is to attune to the connectedness, first within our inner landscape and when we listen, interconnect from the inside out as much or little as you want.
We are in all this together, as one, connected, seeking freedom, in our bodies, in our minds.

HOW
Through embodied awareness, using movement (accessible yoga asana, somatics, free movement), breath, meditation, pause and deep rest with yoga nidra*, journaling. Self-inquiry throughout the whole practice.

THE STRUCTURE OF OUR GATHERING
- Arriving, tuning in with breath and a short meditation, journaling
- fascial web explorations from the floor up, energize a bit and share space, to then end up
- restoring, slowing down and receiving a deep rest practice using yoga nidra’s technique
- journaling
- connecting with some fika

There will be tea, fresh fruit, snacks, and some time to mingle.

No previous experience is required.
The focus will not be in the form, or fixed yoga asana shapes, we will rather use a more fluid approach even though we will use asanas as a framework and possible starting points.

* yoga nidra very, very very , so much very simplified is a guided meditation that is practiced typically in savasana, lying down on your back. (Savasana can be replaced by other comfortable position). During the yoga nidra practice/ technique, we move the awareness through different layers of our being or koshas, such as the body, the energy, the mind, navigating though different brain waves, similar to what we do when we are sleeping but we are awaken aware., and as we journey through the different brain waves we move into different states of consciousness.
Yoga nidra is much more than a technique, it is also a state of consciousness and a goddess. If you are interested in more information, come and connect on Saturday 19! or write to me and I will happily talk more about it and recommend readings.
